Rhododendron flowers above
Hello everyone.
How are you doing this week?
The weather was clear and warm today.
I got too hot and it felt like summer in the sun today.
Lilac flowers beginning to open above
Most of my steps were from walking outside for a few miles. I also walked a lot in the house doing chores.
I’m trying to walk more outside for sunlight with natural vitamin D3 and for muscle tone. My heart gets stronger by walking which is very important as I age.
It was very beautiful looking at the flowers and trees on the trail and by the road side.
The trees above are along the trail in the park.
My favorite flowering cherry blossoms were in full bloom today.
The blossoms looked like scoops of strawberry ice cream.
