Hello there, Hivers!

Is there a definitive way of getting rid of certain habits? I bet that having been someone who always stayed at home might explain the lack of drive to do some things outside. Being too comfortable becomes a problem. The same might be true for so many other things.

When you take the step to create a new habit and find resistance, how do you break the middle ground? The objectives are clear, but the work to do is the tough part. How does one get to a point where you don't feel like you're living in a certain way for the sake of efficiency. The alternative, to live for hedonism is another problem.

My guess is that in the end one just wakes up and tried to do as much as you can for the day at hand. Pick up the things that come easier and try to put yourself in uncomfortable situations that are that are not too difficult to handle.

Just like a sunrise might have clouds or be invisible because there are too many, or too bright because there are none. It seems life does care about middle points in anything. Balance is more of a choice.
