A lot more rain overnight a day most of the morning. Used the time to finish migrating one of my properties from one autoresponder to another - somehow the migration started some time ago got way laid. With new Buyer Clicks Traffic flowing needed to get that right
Sun came out - got on the bike to do a loop of the village - first spot - up the river from the boat ramp

Imagine living here - a bit of a renovation challenge - imagine living here in flood times

From the pub outlook further down stream. 4pm in a holiday week - not a single person in the pub. Been a change of manager but not a change of owner. Locals are boycotting - prices are out of whack

Rode down to surf club - maybe 800m up the beach - view to the south. Clouds are fab

Rode to shops.
My wife had cooked dinner - all I had to do was cook pasta. Feels like a night off
Late night doing trade stuff.
