What is Conclave Arcana?
The game Splinterlands is card-based, meaning each player has a deck of cards at their disposal to play battles. A new collection of cards is released periodically, changing the dynamics of the game.
That's what happened in May 2025 when the new card collection called Conclave Arcana was released. I bought a few packs of cards to try out the new features, and this post shows how we can use these cards in battles, aiming to earn rewards from the #splinterlands game that is #play2earn!
Battle Strategy
After the recent events where I decided to Buy Conclave Arcana Starter Packs to improve my deck and climb the ranks, I finally saw results and moved from the BRONZE league to the SILVER III league. In total, I bought 10 Starter Packs. I got two summoners, which helped me a lot to get here.
Today, let's analyze a battle with one of these summoners. The link can be accessed here:

The battle in question had the following ruleset:
The Dragon element unlocked means I can summon my new card. Might Makes Right is a troublesome ability for me, as I am still playing with level 1 and level 2 summoners, and the cards are not yet evolved, which means I have few options with attack greater than 3 points.

Looking at my card options, I came to the conclusion that the best choice was to go with the Earth element. With it, I would have my best chance with cards having an attack of 3 points or more.
I chose the team led by Palidon Rakk, a gladius card, so I exhausted the possibility of using other gladius cards. Only Dragon and Earth cards remained. So Night Reaper was my choice, as its 3 points of magic attack were my main goal since I picked the summoner. Silverleaf Mage has 3 points of ranged attack, followed by Syrenth with its ability to draw enemy attacks, Taunt, which will help distribute the damage taken.
The battle revealed a pleasant surprise that my opponent also used a level 1 summoner, which gave me better chances of winning! Their choice of melee attackers may have been due to not having suitable cards available, which is the same reason I bought Starter Packs.
In the second round, I had already defeated their tank and was moving on to face their card with more health. I needed to defeat it to have a chance of winning. But there was a problem... The opponent's cards were burning!
When I realized this, I got very excited because this extra damage wasn’t in my calculations! The result came quickly, and the battle ended in the third round!
Usually, I earn 0.4 SPS per victory in this league where I am. Unfortunately, I am struggling in the Silver III league and need to climb ranks again to get more SPS per victory. I will do this by buying even more packs and receiving new cards so I can diversify my deck. It’s certainly the fastest way to get back in the game!

O que é Conclave Arcana?
O jogo Splinterlands é baseado em cards, ou seja, um baralho de cards que cada jogador tem a disposição para jogar as batalhas. A cada tempo, uma nova coleção de cards é lançada, fazendo com que toda a dinâmica do jogo mude.
Foi isso que aconteceu em Maio de 2025 quando foi lançada a nova coleção de cards chamada Conclave Arcana. Eu comprei alguns packs de cards para poder experimentar as novidades, e esta postagem mostra como podemos usar esses cards em batalhas, visando ganhar as recompensas desse jogo #splinterlands que é #play2earn!
Estratégia de Batalha
Depois dos últimos eventos onde eu decidi Comprar Conclave Arcana Starter Packs visando melhorar meu baralho para subir de liga, finalmente tive resultado e saí da liga BRONZE para a Liga PRATA III. Ao total foram 10 Starter Packs comprados. Eu consegui dois invocadores, que me ajudaram muito a chegar até aqui.

A partida em questão apresentou o seguinte ruleset:
O elemento Dragon liberado significa que poderei invocar meu card novo. Might Makes Right é uma habilidade problemática para mim, que ainda estou jogando com invocadores level 1 e level 2, pois os cards ainda estão sem evolução, o que significa que temos poucas opções com ataque superior a 3 pontos.

Observando minhas possibilidades de cards, cheguei a conclusão que era a melhor escolha partir para o elemento Earth. Com ele eu teria minha melhor chance com cards de ataque igual ou superior a três pontos.
Eu decidi pela equipe sendo liderada por Palidon Rakk que é um card gladius, então eu esgotei a possibilidade de uso de outros cards gladius. Sobrarma apenas os cards Dragon e Earth. Então Night Reaper foi minha opção, pois seus 3 pontos de ataque mágico sempre foram minha intenção usar, desde a escolha do invocador. Silverleaf Mage vem com 3 pontos de ataque ranged, seguida de Syrenth com sua habilidade de atrair os ataques adversários, Taunt, que vai ajudar a distribuir o dano recebido.
A batalha se revelou com a feliz supresa de que o adversário também utilizou um invocador level 1, o que daria mais chances de vitória para mim! Sua opção por atacantes melee pode ter sido fruto de não ter cards adequados a disposição, que é o mesmo motivo pelo qual eu comprei Starter Packs.
No segundo round eu já havia derrotado seu tank e partia para enfrentar seu card com mais pontos de vida. Eu precisava derrotá-lo para ter chance de vitória. Mas havia um problema... Os cards adversários estavam queimando!
Quando percebi isso fiquei muito animado pois essa dano extra não estava nas minhas contas! O resultado veio rápido e a batalha encerrou no terceiro round!
Geralmente eu recebo 0,4 SPS por vitória nesta liga onde me encontro. Infelizmente estou patinando na liga Prata III e preciso voltar a subir de liga para conseguir mais SPS por vitória. Vou fazer isso comprando ainda mais packs e recebendo novos cards posso diversificar meu baralho. Certamente é o caminho mais rápido para se posicionar no jogo novamente!
Essa é a intenção do game, que é ser um jogo onde você joga e ganha. Convido você a fazer parte dessa brincadeira e eventualmente construir um pequeno patrimônio de ativos digitais! vem comigo nesse onda e vamos surfar pela web3!
