My dear friends, I'm telling you that I had a GREAT Easter, and I can't stop telling you, because after some difficult days with my mother, I relaxed and went to enjoy some much needed time with my J.J. as a couple. Besides, it had been a long time since we had attended the motorcycle events that we love so much, because we share a passion for the biker world.
Although we were scheduled for another event and trips to do, it turns out that some sharing on motorcycles was not planned, but as God works for good, the “BIKER PLC 2025”, was held in my city and we immediately bought tickets to attend.
We were waiting because it turns out that there would be two simultaneous events, one next to the other and with the same theme of engines, so I thought it was not going to happen, but as the days went by, the event “took shape”, so we prepared to attend and enjoy the two days, prior to the start of the Semana Mayor.
In Venezuela they decreed a day off from Friday, Puerto La Cruz is a tourist area, the event would be held on the beach, so you can imagine the expectation we had to go to the motorcycle event and enjoy all the good vibes that is breathed in those places.
In the Biker Fest, the protagonist is the motorcycle, without a doubt; but we bikers also look good, so inspired by the colors of our KLR 650, we programmed ourselves in terms of clothing and arrangements to make everything look nice. Friday arrived, we went to enjoy.

Mis queridos amigos, les cuento que pasé una Semana Santa ¡GENIAL! Y no puedo dejar de contarles, ya que después de días difíciles con mi madre, me relajé y me fui a disfrutar del tiempo en pareja con mi J.J que tanta falta hace. Además, teníamos muchísimo tiempo que no asistíamos a los eventos de motos que tanto nos gustan, porque compartimos la pasión con el mundo motero.
Aunque nosotros estábamos programados para otro evento y viajes por hacer, resulta que no estaba planificado algún compartir en motos, pero como Dios obra para bien, el "BIKER PLC 2025", fue llevado a cabo en mi ciudad e inmediatamente compramos las entradas para asistir.
Estábamos pendientes porque resulta que se darían dos eventos en simultáneos, uno al lado del otro y de la misma temática de motores, entonces pensé que no se iba a dar, pero conforme fueron pasando los días, el evento "tomó forma", así que nos preparamos para asistir y disfrutar de los dos días, previos al inicio de la Semana Mayor.
En Venezuela decretaron día libre desde el viernes, Puerto La Cruz es una zona turística, el evento se realizaría a orilla de playa, así que se podrán imaginar la expectativa que teníamos de acudir al evento de motos y disfrutar de toda la buena vibra que se respira en esos lugares.
En los Biker Fest, la protagonista es la moto, sin duda alguna; pero, las moteras también lucimos, así que inspirada en los colores de nuestro KLR 650, nos programamos en cuestión de vestimenta y arreglos para hacer lucir todo bonito. Llegado el día viernes, nos fuimos a disfrutar.
Day 1 of the event
It turns out that we look like Germans, because of the compliance with the schedule and planning; evidence of this is that we were the first to buy the entrance kit, which is always: the motorcycle, the pilot and the co-pilot. It is important to highlight that this kit was not available, so we had to explain the essence of a motorcycle event, that is, in all events nationwide, it is sold like this.
The schedule said that there were two days of partying (Friday and Saturday) from 2:00 p.m. to midnight. We thought it was an appropriate time because it was being held on the beach and we could enjoy all that nature had to offer. However, having the emergency of my mother's care and knowing that the sun is inclement at that time, we decided to attend at 5:00 p.m. What do you think? The event started at 10:00 p.m.: the people who placed the entrance bracelets had not arrived, the food vendors were just setting up, the stage was just being set up and not even the sound check was starting, ALL WRONG!
Día 1 del evento
Resulta que nosotros parecemos alemanes, por aquello del cumplimiento del horario y la planificación; una evidencia de ello, es que fuimos los primeros en comprar el kit de entrada que siempre es: la moto, el piloto y la copilota. Es importante resaltar, que este kit no lo tenían disponibles, por lo que tuvimos que explicar la esencia de un evento de motos, es decir, en todos los eventos a nivel nacional, se vende así.
La programación decía que eran dos días de fiesta (viernes y sábado) desde las 2:00 p. m. hasta la medianoche. Pensamos que era una hora acorde por aquello de que se celebraba a orilla de playa y podíamos disfrutar de todo lo que la naturaleza ofrecía. Sin embargo, teniendo la emergencia del cuidado de mi madre y sabiendo que el sol es inclemente a esa hora, decidimos asistir a las 5:00 p. m. ¿Qué creen? ¡El evento inició a las 10:00 p. m.: no había llegado las personas que colocaban los brazaletes de ingreso, las ventas de comida apenas se estaban instalando, la tarima apenas la estaban armando y ni siquiera la prueba de sonido iniciaba ¡TODO MAL!
On the other hand, we thought that the event would be a failure because at that time if we were 6 motorcycles were many. Remember that next door there was another event taking place, so the public was divided into two spaces and the one next to it had already started.
Everything changed late at night, but we returned early with the promise to go early the next day and enjoy better the biker energy.
Por otro lado, pensamos que el evento sería un fracaso porque a esa hora si estábamos 6 motos eran muchas. Recordemos que al lado se desarrollaba otro evento, por lo que el público se dividía en dos espacios y el de al lado, ya había empezado.
Todo cambió entrada la noche, pero nosotros regresamos temprano con la promesa de ir al otro día temprano y disfrutar mejor de la energía motera.
Day 2 of the event
Tonight, everything changed. We entered at 7:00 p.m. and the atmosphere was totally different from the previous day: motorcycles everywhere, illuminated stage, catchy music, food fair inviting us to try everything, alcoholic drinks and the roar of the motorcycles characteristic of every time a group of bikers or someone who has a loud motorcycle and likes to make it sound approached.
We had to travel early the next day, but that did not limit us in dancing, eating, drinking, and catching the good energy of the event organizers, which is what I love about these events.
We could see that most of the bikers were from the northern part of my state: Barcelona, Lechería, Puerto La Cruz and Guanta; there were also many people from the eastern part: Cumaná, Maturín, Puerto Ordaz and Margarita; and I was surprised by the visit of some distant bikers from Caracas and Maracay. I emphasize this because nowadays a trip implies expenses, so many did not attend, but they dared, good for them!
Día 2 del evento
Esta noche, todo cambió. Ingresamos a las 7:00 p. m. y el ambiente era totalmente distinto al día anterior: motos por todos lados, tarima iluminada, música pegajosa, feria de comida invitándonos a probar todo, bebidas alcohólicas y el rugir de las motos característicos de cada vez que se acercaba un grupo de moteros o alguien que tiene una moto ruidosa y le gusta hacerla sonar.
Nosotros teníamos que viajar al otro día temprano, pero eso no nos limitó en bailar, comer, beber, y contagiarnos de la buena energía que tenían los animadores del evento, que eso es lo que me encanta de estos eventos.
Pudimos observar que la mayoría de los moteros eran de la zona norte de mi estado: Barcelona, Lechería, Puerto La Cruz y Guanta; también vino mucha gente de la zona oriental: Cumaná, Maturín, Puerto Ordaz y Margarita; y me sorprendió la visita de unos moteros lejanos provenientes de Caracas y Maracay. Esto lo resalto porque actualmente un viaje implica gastos, por lo que muchos no asistieron, pero ellos se atrevieron ¡Bien por ellos!
The show that night was better, much better than the previous night. There was a lot of dancing, so we didn't just sit around and chanted, danced and participated in many of the dynamics they did.
The performance that I LOVED was that of a local artist, who played the legend Freddie Mercury. It is common, that in biker events they play music like rock, both in Spanish and English, but this set was 💯, because the artist looked, sang and made the gestures of Mercury; the most important thing was that it was really liked because everyone chanted, clapped, sang, made the gestures, we really enjoyed it even if I didn't know many songs.
El espectáculo de esa noche, estuvo mejor, mucho mejor que el de la noche anterior. Hubo mucho baile, por lo que no nos quedamos sentados y coreamos, bailamos y participamos en muchas dinámicas que hicieron.
El performance que ME ENCANTÓ fue el de un artista local, que interpretó a la leyenda de Freddie Mercury. Es común, que en los eventos moteros coloquen estilo de música como el rock, tanto en español como en inglés, pero este set estuvo 💯, porque el artista lucía, cantaba y hacía los gestos de Mercury; lo más importante, fue que gustó muchísimo porque todos coreaban, aplaudían, cantaban, hacían los gestos, de verdad que lo disfrutamos así no me supiera muchas canciones.
When everything was taking shape and some musical groups were missing, we left because we had to rest for the trip the next day.
What I can conclude my friends, is that despite the stumbling blocks of the event, the little information and diffusion, the economic situation and my personal health situation, I had a GREAT time! Because we were able to connect with everything good about the event and we were satisfied with the organization, show, food, drinks, bikers who attended, in short, we hope to continue traveling and attending these events, which definitely my J.J and I enjoy, as it is our passion.

Cuando todo estaba tomando forma y faltaban algunos grupos musicales, nos vinimos porque debíamos descansar para el viaje del otro día.
Lo que puedo concluir mis amigos, es que a pesar de los tropiezos del evento, la poca información y difusión, la situación económica y mi situación personal de salud, la pasé ¡GENIAL! Porque pudimos conectar con todo lo bueno del evento y quedamos satisfechos con la organización, espectáculo, comida, bebidas, moteros que asistieron, en fin, esperamos poder seguir viajando y asistiendo a estos eventos, que definitivamente mi J.J y yo disfrutamos, ya que es nuestra pasión.
