I was in mood to try something out of the box for this week's Splinterland's art contest. And for that i have thought to add some motions to my simple arts.
But I didn't know how to create animations, that's why i have decided to try AI for making motions. I have checked different websites that can create animations according to your prompt and by using your image.
So let's first make the character, and then we will move towards its animation.
Inspiration
While scrolling splinterlands website for finding character i got to know about Alric Strombringer. This character was looking so serious, so i thought why not to make his version 2.0 from parallel world🤪. I wanted him to dance and smile, so i tried it.

Drawing
I have started from making the rough sketch of the character. And for that i have used pencil graphite tool.
Later i have used dip pen brush for making the outlining of the character on the rough sketch.
After finalizing the sketch i have started filling base color to the character. I have tried to use colors of original character.
Then i have made the details on the base color by making some highlights and shadows of the character.
In last step i have made the background with small circular stage, and cozy colors.

Adding Animation
I have used Runway ML website for adding motion to my image. Here's the link to the website.
In this website you can easily animate any part of your image by simple using AI motion brush feature. They give free credits on signup, so you can also use it for free.
I have used a simple 1 lined command and i got exactly what i wants. This is just superb.
