Two days ago, I finally bought a vegetable peeler. Can you believe I didn't have one? And what do you think? I made one of my favorite salads, but instead of dicing everything, I did it differently.
Hace dos días me compré por fin una herramienta para pelar las verduras, ¿pueden creer que no tenía una? Y qué creen que hice una de mis ensaladas favoritas pero en lugar de cortar todo en cubos, lo hice diferente.
So guess what? I cut everything this way, and it turned out pretty nice. Here's my tuna salad. This isn't a recipe as such, because I already have it here. I just wanted to show off this new technique.
