I am very glad to invite you to a photo contest that has been held for 6 consecutive years.
Why? Because I am seeing so amazing photography here that I cant help it, I want one of your photographs to win so that I can admire it up close and also we can make a great deal about it! The exhibited winner images will travel to 4 different cities!
The exhibition is organized by the specialized company The Art, in collaboration with the Region of Crete. Beyond its presentation in Heraklion, this unique event will travel to various cities, allowing diverse audiences to experience this unparalleled collection of photographic talent. The next destinations include Limassol, Athens, and a new location that will be announced at the exhibition's opening in Heraklion.
The best thing of them all? I will be around to take videos and photos of the opening event in my city.

What is expected from you?

More information about the process
Participation in the competition is free. Amateur and professional photographers from Greece and abroad can participate. The photo limit of each artist is five (5), one in each category. The winners of the competition must, when sending the files for printing, deposit the amount of € 25 for the printing costs (for every selected photo). The printing will be done on photochemical paper and will be pasted on KFIX 5mm thickness with aluminum foil, in dimensions 30x40cm, 30x53 or 40x40.
The cost of participation is intended to cover part of the costs of printing and transportation of the exhibition.
From the competition, the ten photos with the most points from each category will be selected with a rating of the jury.

I would really love to see some of you participating and I am sure that there will be some winners, I am every day surprised by the talented photographers and content creators of this platform.
If you are wondering whether I sent images, I did sent ... but having seen the quality of previous winners, I do not think I qualify. Its ok, I participated for the joy and for my own efforts!
