My friend and I played a difficult disc golf course this morning. The scores were a +10 and +15. I won the round, but we both were not playing as well as the last time we played the course.
One one of the holes, my friend hit a tree branch, and his disc ended up in the river. It was only a few feet from the water edge, but the bank was really steep and hard to climb down. I had my disc retrieving tool with me, and it was just long enough to reach down to the river and get the disc. It saved us a lot of time trying to find a way down to the river. There must have been some erosion because the river bank was very steep.
Later on, I did some yard work and mowed the grass.
