Un murciélago llegó a casa,
parecía adulto por su cara
a la cocina entró como si nada
y aterrizó de forma inapropiada.
Quedó con las patas hacía arriba
y graciosamente las movía,
tras un rato logra voltearse
y comienza a olfatear sin afanes.
A bat came home,

El animal buscaba comida,
porque los tomates olía,
también se acercó a unas nueces partidas,
pero nada le parecía.
Llegó hasta el plátano,
maduro y color amarillado.

pasó por unas nueces fragmentadas,
para merendar mientras llega a casa.
