Hello everyone, today I'm in the kitchen again and the menu that I'm going to take everyone to make is Tempura Mushrooms, which is another favorite menu of the family but I don't make it often because I've only made it a few times and it's a menu that I just tried to make myself. It turned out that the taste was delicious and everyone liked it, so I made it more and this is the second time making Tempura Mushrooms. Let's see the method and ingredients that are very easy.
Ingredients
- 300 grams of oyster mushrooms
- 100 grams of crispy flour
- 100 grams of water
- White or black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
- 300 grams of oil for frying
Method
- Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into small pieces. Then wash them in water, squeeze out all the water and set aside.
- Mix the flour with water, add seasoning powder, soy sauce and stir until the flour dissolves completely, then add the sesame seeds.
- Then pour it into the washed mushrooms and mix until the flour is mixed with the mushrooms. Then prepare to fry
- Set the pan on medium heat, not too hot or too low. Fry until golden brown and crispy, flip it over. Then scoop it out and set aside on paper towels to absorb the oil.
- When done, it is ready to serve with delicious dipping sauce. You can eat it with dipping sauce or eat it alone.
