Hello everyone, today I will take everyone to visit another popular place in Rome, Italy. This place is the Thiravi Fountain, which is the largest and most famous Baroque fountain in Rome. It is 25.9 meters high and 19.8 meters wide.

The Thiravi Fountain is very beautiful, especially the architecture of the fountain. In the center of the fountain is the god Neptune, the god of the sea, riding a winged chariot, representing the good health and abundance of the empire.

There are also Titans or gods with the upper body of a human and the lower body of a fish. Each person deals with different symptoms. One is trying, the other looks more tame, which is like the sea. Sometimes it is good, sometimes it is bad.

The Thiravi Fountain, the word Thiravi comes from Italian, which means the meeting of three roads. This place was built in the middle where the three roads meet as the end point of the aqueduct called Aqua Virgo. It is the oldest aqueduct in Rome. There is a story that Roman soldiers were ordered to find a water source. A girl pointed out this water source and it turned out that it was a beautiful virgin with very good quality, so the water was named Aqua Virgo, which means Virgin water. The water from this point will be delivered to nourish the whole city of Rome, which is 13 kilometers away. This water pipe has been here since the time of Rome's prosperity.

The Trivi Fountain took a long time to build and was designed by three architects in three eras. The current design and construction was by Nicole Chavi, who was commissioned by Pope Clement XII in 1732. The construction was carried out until his death. Pope Erman VIII stopped it and continued the construction until it was completed in 1762. It took 30 years to build. The Burgo Aqueduct in front was built more than 2,000 years ago during the ancient times when Emperor Augustus ruled.

Another belief is the coin tossing, which is a popular belief among tourists. Anyone who comes here must toss a coin here. By tossing a coin, you must throw it into the fountain in front. It is believed that if you throw it and walk down, you will stand again.

The way to throw a coin into the pool is to stand with your back to the fountain and use your right hand to throw the coin over your left shoulder. The legend of tossing a coin comes from the Oscar-winning film Three Coins in the Fountain, which was released in 1954. It is about three American women who work in Rome and dream of finding true love. In the end, they succeed and meet their lovers again.

Our trip this time was a short trip. We went here in the morning. The picture we saw was very crowded. Many people were queuing to get in and there were also people standing outside to take pictures as close as possible. The picture we saw when we went in was beautiful, just like the legend. The white statue with a large blue-green clear fountain.

When we saw it, we were amazed by the beauty of this place. Thousands of people surrounded it to visit this place. It was impressive that I had once been to a place that was another dream that I wanted to experience once and I did.

I couldn't walk closer to throw a coin because the picture I saw was really crowded. I could only stand and take pictures for less than 5 minutes before I had to hurry to let the next person take a picture. We spent some time here.
