Hello, friends! I'm joining the June art challenge, which has a psychedelic theme, so I'd like to present my entry.
This time, I made a butterfly, starting with a common pixel art, to which I then added an effect that gives it a bit of distortion and some movement.
¡Hola amigos! Uniendome al reto de arte del mes de junio, el cual tiene una temática psicodélica, asi que quiero presentarles mi entrada.
En esta oportunidad hice una mariposa, partiendo de un pixel art común, al que luego le he agregado un efecto, el cual le da un poco de distorsión y algo de movimiento.
Here we see the creative process behind the butterfly.
It basically consisted of:
✓ Sketch
✓ Base color, using bright colors.
✓ Shadows and lots of light pixels.
Aquí vemos el proceso creativo de la mariposa.
El cual consistió basicamente en:
✓ Boceto
✓ Color base, usando colores brillantes.
✓ Sombras y muchos pixeles de luces.

I also added a background with a pattern of pink and fuchsia pixels.
Tambien le agregué un fondo con un patrón de pixeles rosados y fucsia.
And to give it movement, I used a wave effect, from which I took four frames from different perspectives. When I put them together to create the animated GIF, it looks as if the butterfly is performing a kind of dance, which I found very interesting.
Y para darle el movimiento usé un efecto de onda, del cual tomé 4 cuadros desde diferentes perspectivas, al cual al unirlos para crear el sl gif animado hace que se vea como si la mariposa realizara una especie de danza, lo cual me pareció muy interesante.
