For the people of Aceh, Takengon City must be familiar, a city full of stories and full of wonders, everyone has their own goals and intentions, but most people who visit Takengon City are definitely on vacation. I am one of those who often go on vacation there, I don't even feel bored at all, because every time I go on vacation to Takengon City I will definitely get a different experience. Takengon is a city that continues to develop, many people flock to build tourist attractions there so that now Takengon City has been nicknamed a tourist city.
But keep in mind, this city is not only famous for its many tourist attractions, but this place also has a very amazing natural scenery, many towering mountains, and the charm of freshwater seas that offer a lot of beauty when viewed from several different angles. The many mountains make the natural atmosphere still very pronounced even when we explore this city further, we will definitely be able to see some places built under the valley, such as villages or tourist attractions.
Every time I travel to Takengon city, I will definitely capture every moment that happens, starting from the initial journey until arriving in the city, and so on to some of the tourist attractions that I visit. In this post, I will share my experience when I almost arrived in the city.
Is it a coincidence, when I vacation to Takengon city I will definitely stop by this place, an old building that looks abandoned, and this is a building that is still very mysterious to me, because until now I do not know the origin of this building, to the purpose of its construction. However, unlike my previous visit, at that time I took the time to explore this building, but this time I just enjoyed it from the side of the road while resting.
The journey continued until I arrived at an area with many durian trees, even on the side of the road I found a monument built in the shape of a durian skin. And in this area I could see some abandoned chairs, some were even covered by vines indicating that this place used to be a shop or tourist area, but I did not stop in this area and continued my journey.
I continued to pass through the quiet streets, even houses were very rare, until I immediately felt the best hope when I saw a village in front of me.
I don't remember this village at all, but what I always remember is that when I found many villages, the distance to the city was no longer far, and from here there were also many straight roads, so I could speed up my motorbike.
The journey continued as usual and there were no significant obstacles, but when I was about to pass a bend, my friend suddenly pointed to a gate to enter a tourist spot, and the tourist spot was called Kala Semayon.
This place is lower than the road height, so from the side of the road I can see this tourist area although not very clear. At that time I was a bit confused to enter this tourist area because some of my friends were already far ahead, rather than making my friends wait long, so I did not visit the tour and chose to continue the journey immediately.
And this place is already on my next vacation list, and of course I am very curious about this place, because from above this place looks very interesting, the natural charm looks very thick.
I immediately felt very happy when I saw the view that I missed so much, namely the charm of the tawar sea. This view can be seen from the highway, but to be able to capture its beauty in detail, I also looked for the right area with a wider view.
When I found out that the distance to the city was not far anymore, I immediately felt very happy, even the feeling of tiredness immediately disappeared and I became more enthusiastic to continue this journey and full of hope to soon arrive in the city of Takengon.
Approximately 15 minutes later we finally arrived in the city of Takengon, but at that time we also had time to rest for a while at a stall while filling our stomachs that were already very hungry. After eating we immediately continued the journey, and we immediately went around the city for a while and after that we immediately entered a road that led to the rural area.
And from this road I managed to find a very beautiful view because from this side we can see the expanse of the river that comes from the tawar sea directly, and the grandeur of a mosque building which is located right on the edge of the river. This view can be seen when we pass a bridge, however, I have also seen this view on my previous vacation and I also immortalized it.
After crossing this bridge, I immediately continued my journey to enter the rural area, and this became one of our list of visits in the city, according to my friend, the scenery in this village is very beautiful, because behind it there is a fairly large mountain.
And it is undeniable, the view is indeed very beautiful, I was amazed by the housing built close together so that it looks very tight, from here the traditional nuance is very pronounced. In addition, this village is also located right under the mountain, and the mountain is also a beautiful sight to see.
At that time we only walked on the edge of the village, because the view could only be seen from a few angles.
The river on the edge of this village also provides a very cool atmosphere, imagine for those who have a house near this river, surely they can often bathe there even to wash clothes. I am very amazed by this place, I think this is one of the most amazing villages in the city of Takengon.
