Blossoms
Good Morning, I hope all is well with you and your week is going well, the weekendis fast approaching :)
One one of my recent walks on a nice sunny day, the warmest day we have had thus far at the time I took this walk it was 63F which is around 14 Celcius I think, This was my best day for steps in a long time, got a total of 18K steps that day, well over the 10K I try and get each day,
but the walking i have bene doing on nice days with my camera, or in our sunroom on colder or wet days is working, that and eating healthy I have lost over 40 Pounds from the peka I was at last year, and even weigh less now that I did when I came out after surgery and 5 weeks in hospital last year. glad to say according to the recommended weight tables I am no longer over weight and am in the normal weigh catergory :)
But thats not what this post was meant to be about, On this walk I had two goals one to find some signs of springs and walk around the outer edge of the park which I had not done for a while.
and the first part I did succeed and one sign of spring is the blossoms and thats what I will focus on for today
