Al salir, fuimos con unos objetivos bien claros, y es que necesitábamos unas almohadas nuevas para poder disfrutar más plenamente de nuestras noches.
Algo que para mí es necesario es tener varias almohadas, y esto ha sido así desde que era muy pequeña. Para mí, una buena almohada es indispensable, y desde hace algún tiempo dejamos la costumbre de comprar buenas almohadas; por lo tanto, tenemos más cantidad y no tanta calidad.
Yo soy de esas personas que acostumbra a tener repleto de almohadas su cama. Y me encanta abrazarlas.

When we went out, we had very clear objectives, and that is that we needed some new pillows to be able to enjoy our nights more fully.
Something that is necessary for me is to have several pillows, and it has been this way since I was very little. For me, a good pillow is essential, and for some time now we have given up the habit of buying good pillows; therefore, we have more quantity and not so much quality.
I am one of those people who is used to having a bed full of pillows. And I love to hug them.
Al llegar al Tijerazo, lo primero que hicimos fue preguntar en dónde podríamos encontrar la sección de almohadas, y ellos nos indicaron que tenían una parte de lencería y que justo en esa zona podríamos encontrarlas. Hallarlas no fue nada difícil; de hecho, tenían una especie de caja en donde podíamos notar fácilmente su ubicación. Había tres tipos de almohadas y les hicimos la prueba que creo que todos hacen para comprar sus almohadas: abrazarlas. Yo siento que esta es una prueba que no falla o que, por lo menos, nos da una idea de qué tan buenas son. Todas las almohadas que abrazamos no nos convencieron, y la chica que nos estaba atendiendo, muy amable por cierto, nos dijo que tenían otras en otra presentación que venían comprimidas, pero que eran bastante grandes y que de las que ellos tenían a disposición en ese momento eran las mejores. Solamente tenían un detalle, y es que no íbamos a poder hacerle la prueba de abrazarla porque venían comprimidas. Nosotras evaluamos el precio, pensamos al respecto y dijimos: "Bueno, si estas son las que nos están recomendando, vamos a confiar en ella y compremos dos de estas". Las elegimos y seguimos mirando algunas cosas. Por fin decidimos irnos y pagamos rápidamente.
Upon arriving at Tijerazo, the first thing we did was ask where we could find the pillow section, and they told us they had a lingerie area where we could find them. Finding them was not difficult at all; in fact, they had a sort of box where their location was easily noticeable. There were three types of pillows, and we did the test that I think everyone does when buying pillows: hugging them. I feel this is a test that never fails or, at least, gives us an idea of how good they are. All the pillows we hugged didn't convince us, and the girl who was assisting us, very kind by the way, told us they had others in a different presentation that came compressed, but they were quite large, and the ones they had available at that moment were the best. There was only one issue: we wouldn't be able to test hugging them because they came compressed. We evaluated the price, thought it over, and said, "Well, if these are the ones they are recommending, let's trust her and buy two of these." We chose them and kept looking at some other things. Finally, we decided to leave and paid quickly.

Ya queríamos llegar a casa para ver qué tan cierto era esto que ella nos había comentado. Después de media hora de trayecto, llegamos a casa y lo primero que hicimos fue abrir estos empaques y, efectivamente, las vimos todas aplastaditas y las dejamos encima de la cama, esperando a que ellas tomaran su tamaño ideal.
We were eager to get home to see how true what she had told us was. After half an hour of traveling, we arrived home and the first thing we did was open these packages, and indeed, we saw all of them flattened. We left them on the bed, waiting for them to reach their ideal size.
La dejamos dos horas y, cuando volvimos, habían doblado o más su tamaño, pero olvidé tomarle fotos. De todas formas, les puedo decir que realmente cumplieron nuestras expectativas y que han funcionado muy bien. Esta ha sido de mis primeras compras independientes en cuanto a enseres y se siente bien conseguir adquirir nuestras cosas por nuestro propio medio.
We left it for two hours, and when we returned, it had doubled or more in size, but I forgot to take photos. Anyway, I can tell you that it really met our expectations and worked very well. This was one of my first independent purchases in terms of household items, and it feels good to be able to acquire our things on our own.
