I always include salads in my daily diet, because it brings me many nutrients to the body and helps me to satiate anxiety, so today I share this recipe for potato and egg salad, a simple meal to prepare, very tasty and ideal for a light dinner, or to accompany a main dish. Potatoes contain fiber and a lot of water that helps us to regulate cholesterol, it is also a source of protein, like the egg. The best thing about this salad is that it tastes great and the whole family loves it. I hope you like it and prepare this delicious recipe at home.


05 papas, 04 huevos, 01 cebolla, 04 cucharadas de mayonesa, 01 cucharada de mostaza, 01 cucharada de miel, 01 cucharada de cilantro fresco, sal al gusto ||
05 potatoes, 04 eggs, 01 onion, 04 tablespoons mayonnaise, 01 tablespoon mustard, 01 tablespoon honey, 01 tablespoon fresh cilantro, salt to taste.

We start this recipe by washing, peeling and dicing the potatoes, then we steam them until al dente. We boil the eggs. When it is cooked, we turn it off and let it rest.
