I made it homemade and filled it with several layers of Nutella. Yes, I admit that it felt quite sweet afterwards, but we ate it all! I was very satisfied with the result and the decoration was great. It was like reliving my 15th birthday: I wore pink and my cake was totally quinceañera, I loved it all!
The Surprise for My Husband: An Edible Meme
Another one of my creations I made for my husband's birthday. I wanted to surprise him, so I made him a delicious tres leches cake, which we both love. The most fun was the decoration: we put a meme on it that related perfectly to his personality and our reality. Since he doesn't love the stress of celebrations, the message was very funny: “You don't like to celebrate, but we do!”.
I really liked this cake because the cake grew quite a bit. I don't know why sometimes cakes rise more than others, if I technically follow the same steps. Be that as it may, this tres leches cake, rectangular in shape, turned out delicious and we all loved it.
My Baking Earrings I must confess that I still have a lot of work to do with nozzles. I still don't know how to handle them well and, although I have a lot of them, I don't know what different designs to create with each one.
It's a matter of practice; I always tell myself that I will practice it and then I forget in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
