Realmente a pesar de los años que tienen estudiando juntas ambas, no nos conocíamos las familias o habíamos tenido un momento para compartir como tal, sino que simplemente habíamos cruzado palabras ellas podían visitar la casa, como nosotros también, pero era para simplemente llevar a las chicas a que estudiaran, este día estabsmos tan felices de que nuestros hijos se hayan graduado que decidimos compartir un almuerzo familiar.
El padre de la chica no solamente nos invitó a nosotros, sino que también invitó a varios compañeros de clase a que fueran a comer, nos fuimos a comer pollo en las Minas un lugar que fue reestructurado hace más de unos 4 años aproximadamente, las Minas es un lugar muy famoso del estado Aragua que era más pequeño, no tenía aire acondicionado, recuerdo que había un pequeño parque donde yo llevaba mucho a mi hijo cuando estaba pequeño y siempre se ha comido muy bien en el lugar, además la estructura cambió por completo y ahora es mucho más elegante.
Recuerdo que este lugar es muy famoso ya que muchas veces uno salía de los juegos de béisbol en las noches y te ibas a comer a las Minas y allí podías encontrar sobre todo a muchos jugadores de béisbol en el lugar, allí mismo podías solicitar sus autógrafos, esto también lo hacíamos mucho cuando aún no estaba casada, así que el lugar es reconocido y muy bueno.
Pedimos pollo frito para todos, el cual venía con ensalada, papas fritas y refresco, pedimos cuatro combos ya que a los muchachos les encanta mucho el pollo y sobre todo si tiene fritura para ellos es genial, me pareció que tenía un buen gusto, estaba bien cocido, la ensalada también está muy buena, era ensalada rayada, al igual que las papas fritas, me encanta cuando como pollo y este trae la guasaca y las salsas que colocan para acompañarlo me parece que le da una gran sazón o buen acompañamiento.
Éramos en total 15 personas, los pollos alcanzaron completo para todo el grupo, hubo gente que repitió ya que unos comen más que otros, y la atención realmente fue muy buena la chica que nos atendió se esmeró en atendernos y ella sola pudo repartir en toda la mesa sin ningún problema ni complicación, además como pedimos más de 50 dólares nos regalaron una torta de cumpleaños y como mi esposo había cumplido años el sábado anterior aprovechamos de volverle a cantar cumpleaños.
La torta era gratis despues de los 50$ puedes pedir torta para el cumpleañero, esta sí en realidad no estaba muy buena, la crema estaba un poco agria o pasada Por así decirlo y el ponque no tan suave, con razón es regalada, pienso que pueden tenerlas allí por mucho tiempo, por lo demás fue una grata experiencia, pasamos un gran momento con una deliciosa comida que es lo que uno espera al pagar un plato, y los chicos felices de compartir todos juntos, así que le doy al lugar un 9 de 10 por la torta.
